Order delivery

Buy Now orders within Bhubaneswar are intended for same-day delivery. Delivery availability depends on the delivery address, order time, product availability and operational capacity.

For addresses outside Bhubaneswar, including supported areas of Cuttack and Puri, orders are delivered according to the standard ecommerce timeline shown or communicated for the order.

When tracking is available, it will be shared through the website order status page or dispatch notification. Please ensure that the delivery address and contact information entered at checkout are complete and correct.

Try & Buy delivery

Try & Buy is available only for eligible products at eligible PIN codes in Bhubaneswar.

There is no service fee. A Try & Buy booking requires at least 3 and permits no more than 10 eligible items. The delivery representative will wait for up to 20 minutes while the items are tried.
